• | Cut palak, onion, tomatoes and potatoes. |
• | Grind ginger and garlic to make a paste. |
• | Fry onions till they turn transparent. |
• | Add cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder and turmeric powder. |
• | Add ginger garlic paste. |
• | Mix it well. |
• | Add potatoes and tomatoes. |
• | Cook till oil leaves the side of the pan. |
• | Add palak and salt. |
• | Cook it for 20 minutes over medium flame. |
• | Aloo Palak is ready. |
